ITINERARY:
Day 1: Monday, Oct 4: Our departure time this morning is 7:30 am from the Champlain Mall in Dieppe. Our estimated arrival time in Quebec City is 5pm. A 7 pm reservation is made for you this evening at L’ASTRAL revolving restaurant, which is the rooftop restaurant located on the 25th floor of our hotel. A panoramic view, with the sun setting over this beautiful historic city and the St. Lawrence River, will be breathtaking . What a wonderful beginning to a fabulous vacation! (D)

Day 2: Tuesday, Oct 5: A great beginning to this day at L’ASTRAL restaurant, followed by a guided tour to learn all the Historical facts of this amazing city. Many describe Old Quebec as “Romantic”. The scenery, architecture and cleanliness here will immediately make you want to return again and again! After our guided tour you will want to have the remainder of the day to explore all the many options here on your own. (B)

Day 3: Wednesday, Oct 6: After another great beginning with breakfast in L’ASTRAL restaurant we will once more meet our tour guide who will accompany us and who has a wealth of knowledge regarding Ste-Anne-De-Beaupre. This is such a magnificent church and is a “must” for people of all faiths to experience! After departing Ste.-Anne-De-Beaupre we will experience the outstanding beauty at Montmorency Falls, which is absolutely breathtaking! Upon returning to our hotel you are within walking distance to over eighty restaurants on Grande-Allee, the street where our hotel is located. (B)

Day 4: Thursday, Oct 7: This morning at 11:30 a cruise on the St. Lawrence River is scheduled for us aboard the MV Louis Jolliet. This will be a great way to enjoy our final day in this outstanding city. After our cruise , those of you who may want to experience an afternoon of shopping at the large Laurier Mall will be able to do so. This evening we have reservations at 7pm for our farewell dinner at L’ASTRAL rooftop restaurant where we will once again enjoy this breathtaking View and the beautiful sun setting over this fabulous Old Historic City. Day 5: Friday, Oct 8: Au re-voir, Quebec City…we will return! Our departure time will be at 8:30, after another great beginning at L’ASTRAL restaurant. We will be in Edmunston, NB by lunch time today where there will be many options for your lunch today. Dinner will be provided at a restaurant in Fredericton. (B & D)
